Building a successful Memberd Club

Here are tips on how to engage your members

Familiar Username

Try to use the same username as your other social media accounts. Using the same username will make it easy for users to find you and know they are following the right members’ club.

Descriptive Bio

A good way to let your members know what they are in for and why they should subscribe to your members’ club is through your bio. Use this area to be informative and break down what your members should expect.

Personable Background

Setting the tone, in any event, is vital as it gives people the opportunity to get excited for what is about to come. On the Memberd Platform, you can give your account a 1 of 1 feel by personalising your profile rather than having a generic one. So, personalise away and make it yours!

Frequently Posting

When you post often it gives your members a mental note of when to expect your next upload. The more frequent you post, the more your members will build a habit of coming back to see what’s new.

Group chat

Having a Group chat is one of the best ways to stay in contact with your members. A group chat allows members to engage and interact with each other, with you present or absent. Having a group chat keeps the conversation going, you are also able to build a community where people feel comfortable.

HOW TO START GETTING PAID ON MEMBERD

Setting up your stripe account

Click on your profile page and in the bottom right hand corner click on start earning. Once you have clicked ‘start earning’ it will take you to premium settings. Premium setting is where you can find your monetary features. There are three monetary features: premium mode, referral and trial mode.

To enable these features, you will need to set up your stripe account. For more information on stripe click this link https://stripe.com/gb/payments. To set up your stripe account click on ‘connect to stripe to start earning’ this will take you to a form you will need to fill out. This form includes: Full name, Country, Email address, Mobile number, Date of birth and Business or social media link.

Click next once you have filled out the sign-up form and you will be taken to stripe to finish off the remainder of the sign-up process. This form includes: Full name, Country, Email address, Mobile number, Date of birth, Business details and Sort code and account number.

Once the form on stripe is complete click save and you will be redirected to the Memberd app. You will be allocated your own stripe id which you can locate in your premium setting.

Premium mode

When you click on Premium mode you will see there are three tiers to choose from. Each tier has a different set price range and pay-out percentage. Once you have decided which tier you would like to use, click set price to save. Your members will now be charged that price once per month

Trial mode

Trial mode lets you the creator give your members full access to your members club for 5 days. Once the 5 days are up your members will be automatically charged. To turn on trial mode, first enable premium mode and then click on the trial mode button
